New City, NY – Supervisor George Hoehmann and the Town board will dedicate Lenox Ave. in Congers to George Wohl. George served with the Congers Fire Department for 34 years and died in service on December 13, 2003. George was a lifelong resident of Congers and also an electrician for local 363 in New City. The street dedication is being held on the anniversary of his death to recognize his dedication and service to the Town.
