The Highway Department is well prepared. The roads were pretreated with brine and all 56 plow trucks are loaded with salt and ready to go.
The Clarkstown Police Department will have officers strategically pre-positioned throughout their patrol sectors to ensure timely emergency response. Please remember there is NO overnight parking in the Town November 15th through April 1st and on-street parking is prohibited altogether during the day of a storm.
On Sunday, January 25th, Street Community Center, 31 Zukor Road, New City will be open as a warming center for residents to keep warm and charge electronics if needed.
All garbage and recycling pick up is cancelled in the Town of Clarkstown for Monday. So please DO NOT put out your garbage or recycling for Monday pick up: it is suspended.
All Parks and Recreation Senior Club meetings for Monday, January 26th are cancelled.
Clarkstown Justice Court Criminal Court Calendar for Monday, January 26th has been rescheduled for Friday, January 30th.
