Rockland County, N.Y. – Joe Rand, Democratic candidate for state senate in the 38th district, is announcing today that he has been endorsed by the Civil Service Employees Association of New York (CSEA).
CSEA represents over 250,000 active and retired public and private sector employees across the state, including employees of Rockland County, the Village of Spring Valley, the Towns of Ramapo and Clarkstown, North Rockland school district, and many other municipalities and school districts throughout Senate District 38. In schools, healthcare facilities, home-based child care centers, and across the private sector, CSEA members provide services that New Yorkers rely on every day.
