Along with the warming center, local clothing drives and donation bins are active around Rockland to collect coats, hats, gloves, scarves, and boots for residents in need.

Other local nonprofits (like Helping Hands for the Homeless and Catholic Charities Community Services of Rockland) also provide meals, winter gear, housing assistance, and referrals.

Rockland Community College’s housing resource page lists shelter and emergency assistance contacts that can help people access warming centers and other support programs.
