Rockland Business Women’s Network: Empowering Women Across the County

By Robert Charles Jowaiszas

Rockland County, NY — For more than 47 years, the Rockland Business Women’s Network (RBWN) has been a vital force for professional growth, leadership, connection, and support among women in business throughout Rockland County. Since its founding in 1979, RBWN has evolved into an inclusive hub where women from all professions gather to learn, network, collaborate, and foster success together.

RBWN’s mission is straightforward but impactful: to provide women with opportunities for professional and business growth through leadership, education, and networking. The organization hosts monthly programs, workshops, and special events designed to help women expand their skills, make meaningful connections, and contribute to the economic vitality of the community.

Leadership at the Helm

In 2025–2026, the organization is led by Simone HoSang, President of RBWN and Chief Operating Officer of Caribbean Food Delights, Inc. HoSang brings years of board experience and deep commitment to empowering women in business. She guides RBWN’s programs and events with a focus on collaboration, innovation, and community support.
