Manager TJ Stanton said he couldn’t wait for 2026: “The Frontier League is hyper-competitive, and I expect the East Division to be a dogfight all summer.
We loved the roster construction at the end of last season, with the plan for this winter to return and supplement our young core. The 2026 edition of the Boulders features solid defense, with an offense putting tons of pressure on opposing teams through a good balance of contact, power, and speed. The starting rotation will continue to develop, and the bullpen corps that was among the league’s best in ’25 looks even stronger this season and ready to take over games.”
The Boulders went 52-43 last season, finishing just one-half game out of first place in their division, and reached the Frontier League playoffs for the first time since 2022.
Among the individual highlights:
* Jason Agresti compiled a franchise record 27-game hitting streak from May 24 through July 9 and was named Frontier League All-Star Game MVP (July 16).
* Fritz Genther (June 3 vs New Jersey) became the first player in Boulders history to hit 3 home runs in a game.
* Mason Olson (June 10 at Sussex County) pitched the first 9-inning one-hitter in franchise history, facing the minimum 27 batters while throwing only 89 pitches.
* Agresti, Genther, and Tyler Vail were named to the 2025 All-Frontier League Team. Vail led the circuit in Relief Pitcher Points (a formula consisting of saves, relief wins, and relief losses) and posted a league-best 0.81 earned run average.
* Stanton (June 26 at Brockton) earned his 400th career managerial win, becoming the first to reach that mark with the Boulders.
* Olson (Toronto Blue Jays), PJ Labriola (Boston Red Sox), and Ryan McCoy (Tampa Bay Rays) were signed by MLB-affiliated teams in ‘25 — and all three started 2026 at the High-A level of the minor leagues.
