DESCRIPTION OF INCIDENT:
On today’s date the Orangetown Police Department conducted a check of the Nativity Scene in Nyack and the Officer observed damage to the plastic case surrounding said Nativity Scene. Investigative photos were taken and a notification was made to the Knights of Columbus and St Ann’s Church who are the owners of the Nativity scene.
