Josh Riley and Pat Ryan’s Shutdown is Literally Leaving New Yorkers in the Cold

Radical partisan hacks Josh Riley and Pat Ryan voted to shut down the government. Now, 14,700 low-income New Yorkers across Ulster County are being forced to go without home heating while temperatures drop.    A close-up of a newspaper AI-generated content may be incorrect.   While the government is shut down, the Heat Energy Assistance Program cannot be funded. The Ulster County Executive explained that those who rely on the program “are older adults living on fixed incomes, families with young children, and individuals with disabilities… This is a health and safety issue that must be addressed.”
