JEWISH COMMUNITY CENTER ANNOUNCES 23RD ANNUAL JEWISH FILM FESTIVAL

PRESS RELEASE

I am pleased to share the attached press release announcing JCC Rockland’s 23rd International Jewish Film Festival, taking place from Thursday, March 19 through Tuesday, April 26. This highly anticipated cultural arts event will once again bring powerful, thought-provoking, and entertaining films to our community, with screenings held at Regal Nanuet.

This year’s festival features 12 exceptional films spanning comedy, romance, documentary, drama, and more. Highlights include Charles Grodin: Rebel With a Cause, as well as a special Yom HaShoah (Holocaust Remembrance Day) screening of Elie Wiesel: Soul on Fire, followed by a meaningful discussion with Andrea Winograd, Executive Director of the Holocaust Museum & Center for Tolerance and Education.

As one of the largest and most highly regarded cultural arts events in the tri-state area, the festival continues its tradition of hosting filmmakers, actors, and experts for engaging post-screening conversations that deepen dialogue and strengthen community understanding.

We would greatly appreciate your consideration in sharing this exciting event with your audience. I would also be happy to provide complimentary tickets to our Opening Night showing of Once Upon My Mother, a box office hit in France, or to a screening of your choice.
