New City, NY, – “The men and women of our Armed Forces willingly put themselves in harm’s way to protect the freedoms we enjoy every day. This weekend, our nation suffered a heartbreaking loss with the deaths of American service members serving overseas. On behalf of Rockland County, I extend my deepest condolences to their families, loved ones, and fellow service members.
As a tribute to these brave Americans, flags at all Rockland County government buildings have been lowered to half-staff. We will never forget the sacrifices they made in service to our nation, and we remain forever grateful for their courage, commitment, and unwavering dedication to protecting our country.”
