Commemorate Yom HaShoah at the Courthouse on April 14: The Truth Matters

Yom HaShoah Commemoration at the Courthouse

The Truth Matters: The Truth, The Whole Truth, and Nothing But the Truth

Yom HaShoah Commemoration at the Courthouse Tuesday April 14, 2026   The Truth Matters: The Truth, The Whole Truth, and Nothing But the Truth
This year’s theme for Yom HaShoah (Holocaust Remembrance Day) is The Truth Matters. We honor the memory of the six million Jews murdered by the Nazi regime by coming together to take this oath collectively — affirming our commitment to truth, remembrance and moral responsibility.    Antisemitism is not only at an all-time high; it is unimaginable. Judges within the U.S. justice system who uphold the truth exemplify the moral courage necessary to ensure justice, amplify our voices, and reaffirm our shared humanity.   We hope you will join us for this solemn and powerful event, and reaffirm with us, together, that the truth matters.   In solidarity,   Paul Adler, Esq. Member, Executive Board, Justice Brandeis Law Society, Trustee, HMCTE, Member, Rockland County Bar Association   Andrea Myer-Winograd, Executive Director, HMCTE
