New City, NY – Supervisor George Hoehmann and Town Council members will celebrate the first plantings at the Central Nyack Community Garden. This new garden funded by the County of Rockland will provide residents with a shared space to grow fresh produce, connect with neighbors, and promote sustainable, healthy living. Members of the Central Nyack Civic Association and children from the Central Nyack Community Center afterschool program will also be in attendance.
