This email serves as official notice that a Special Meeting of the Membership has been called for Wednesday, June 24, 6:30 pm. It will be held at the HSRC History Center, 20 Zukor Road, New City, NY 10956.
The purpose of this meeting will be to review and vote on proposed bylaw amendments that were previously discussed by the HSRC Board of Trustees. Calling this special meeting allows us to ensure we are following our bylaws and keeping our governance process clear and compliant as we move forward together.
Your participation is appreciated and important. We encourage all current members to attend and take part in the discussion and vote.
